SubjectI want to work at your company, Northwind
If you want someone who's never heard of you to read your email, the subject line needs to feel genuine and get straight to the point. It all starts with a good subject line.
Imagine being able to email real people at the companies you want to work for. What would you say? kurnazaday.com was built to help you express your interest in working for your dream companies, attach your CV, and reach their employees directly. The entire process is fully automated, and the platform is designed to support employment.
What is it not?
What is it?
This is not a job board. You do not apply to listings, and a company does not need to have a job posted.
You choose the companies. The search finds them from the filters you set.
This is not for advertising. Selling a product is strictly forbidden, and your account can be suspended due to it.
The only thing we promote here is your interest in working for the companies you want to work for.
You do not need a social media account, or any other personal account. The search uses only what is already public on the web.
kurnazaday.com finds companies and the people who work there through public search, shows a company email when it can verify one, and sends the job-search email you wrote.
kurnazaday.com does not send the emails.
You send them from your own inbox. You create an app password, save it in the kurnazaday.com panel, and every email is sent through your mail account.
Result depends on your search strategy.
The emails you send with your CV may reach a lot of people, or none. Both are normal. Your filters decide which.
Wide
Worldwide
No location limit. Your emails will be sent to companies regardless of where they are.
Location-targeted
Istanbul
You can filter companies based on their location.
Named companies
Northwind
Only the companies you type in are searched.
No worries. When you set up a plan, the note under each filter tells you if it will shrink the results a lot.
Credits
A wide search can use a lot of credits, and it reaches a lot of people. A narrow one uses few, or none, so fewer people hear from you, or nobody does. A credit is used only when a verified email is found. You add the credits yourself. When the balance runs out, new searches wait until you add more.
Success stories
Candidate S.E.
12 years of BI and data analytics experience. Master's degree. Native Turkish, fluent English.
I counted the emails Brilliant Applicant sent from my email address. There were 773. It took 39 days from the first automated email to the day I was hired.
About 90% were automated emails containing my message and CV. The rest consisted of replies from kind people at the companies who forwarded my email to HR and let me know they had done so, or direct communication between me and the companies' HR departments.
If you ask people in your emails to forward your message to whoever is responsible for hiring, that's when you start receiving more responses. I think that's the whole trick. If a CEO, a CFO, a CTO, or anyone senior forwards your message to HR, they treat you as if you had been referred. Nobody knows you, yet you've essentially created your own referral. Interesting psychology, in my opinion.
And one more thing. Send your message to at least 7 people per company. Writing to only one or two people reduces the possibility of your email being forwarded to HR. I once set the application to send my email to 10 people per company. One day, an HR representative called me to ask why I had sent so many emails to people at the company, because most of them had forwarded the exact same message to HR. Choose a target number of attempts that doesn't look like spam but is still high enough for someone to actually forward your message to HR.
In those 39 days, I had more than 15 conversations, either online or by phone. I received two offers and turned one down. When I started my new job, I was grateful to the company that hired me and to the people who built this.
Candidate L.K.
2 years of experience. Software engineer. Native Turkish, fluent English and German.
First of all, every email goes out from your own email address, so write them with care. The person reading your email has never heard of you and has no idea that such a system exists.
I have been using it for about 8 days. I had my first interview booked on day 2. So far, I've interviewed with two companies, and another interview is scheduled for next week. After all the time I spent on LinkedIn submitting so many applications without getting a single interview, this was just what I needed. Things may have moved quickly for me, but even the conversations themselves have helped me feel more confident.
